Congratulation to our Director of Operations, Miss Alena Hrambouskaya, who has completed last month the Certificate program in Hospitality Management at the renowned Cornell University! 

This Certificate in Hospitality Management presents critical topics for managers, covering marketing and finance fundamentals, labor, and economic challenges in the hospitality industry, competitive strategies, stress management, coaching and counseling, and team dynamics. More precisely, the differents topics studied were, for example, the financial statements, how to create service cultures, mastering the time value of money or meeting the challenges of Foodservice Management.

Sophos Hotels SA is proud to announce online pre-sales of rooms at the Days Hotel Baku. The softopening has been carried out in November 2009 and the hotel will officially accommodate guest as of January 2010. Its 102 rooms are spacious and feature working desks with wireless internet for the modern business traveler. 60 employees ensure dedicated service and run the restaurant, the bar, the meeting and conference rooms, as well as the reception and back offices.

SOPHOS HOTELS SA a signé avec la société Alliance LLC, le 25 août dernier, un contrat de développement et de management pour la réalisation d’un Courtyard by Marriott à Batumi en Géorgie. L’hôtel ouvrira ses portes à la fin de l’année 2017.

Doté de 150 chambres, l’hôtel possédera un restaurant de 150 places, un bar, 5 salles de conférence modulables pour un total de 600 m2 ainsi qu’un Spa et une piscine. Un casino complètera l’offre de ce complexe.

Batumi est une ville de 155'000 habitants située au bord de la Mer Noire.

Sophos Hotels SA continues its expansion and is pleased to announce the signing and development of its first property in Turkey, in Akbuk.

The hotel, owned by Akbuk Resort Group, will be operated under the management of Sophos Hotels SA and the opening is scheduled for the summer 2014.
