Introducing another outstanding team member of Ramada Encore Tbilisi - Madona Megrelishvili! Working for 15 years in hospitality business, Madona has opened 4 hotels and has grown to the position of Director Operations. “The capacity to learn is a gift, the ability to learn is a skill, but the willingness to learn is a choice” is her favorite slogan. Learning herself every day, Modona also teaches her employees how to be the best in the highly competitive hospitality world.
