Congratulation to our Director of Operations, Miss Alena Hrambouskaya, who has completed last month the Certificate program in Hospitality Management at the renowned Cornell University! 

This Certificate in Hospitality Management presents critical topics for managers, covering marketing and finance fundamentals, labor, and economic challenges in the hospitality industry, competitive strategies, stress management, coaching and counseling, and team dynamics. More precisely, the differents topics studied were, for example, the financial statements, how to create service cultures, mastering the time value of money or meeting the challenges of Foodservice Management.
