The Tilia Tower will be located in the Prilly-Malley district near Lausanne. This mix-used project will totalise 160 co-leaving housing. In addition to the residential units, the site will feature a floor with 1'400 m2 of coworking space, a food court, several sports and wellness areas, and different outdoor places where people can meet each other.
