• 128 rooms • 7 conference rooms (500 m²) • up to 250 participants • modern AV equipment

Hotel Arcadia Locarno 

• 113 rooms • Restaurant & bar  • small meeting spaces • prime location on Lake Maggiore

Your Responsibilities 

• Manage & grow sales activities for both hotels 

• Develop MICE & group business 

• Acquire new corporate & event clients 

• Sales calls, client meetings & site inspections 

• Prepare offers, negotiate contracts & manage client relationships 

• Organise conferences & events 

• Support revenue & occupancy strategies  

• Attend workshops & networking events 

Your Profile 

• Initial experience in sales, hospitality or events 

• Proactive, communicative & engaging personality 

• Structured, solution‑oriented working style 

• Excellent German & English skills 

• Italian a strong plus 🇮🇹 – French welcome 🇫🇷 

• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
