Property Overview
The Minsk Marriott Hotel is a 4-star full-service hotel offering 217 guestrooms and suites, multiple food & beverage outlets, spa and wellness facilities, and extensive meeting and event spaces. The Falcon Club is an integrated sports, leisure and entertainment complex, featuring an arena, fitness and wellness areas, spa and pool, tennis and squash facilities, cinema, cafés and bars, and event spaces. Together, the hotel and Falcon Club form a single, integrated destination for hospitality, sports, leisure and entertainment.
Position Purpose
The Director of Operations has full executive responsibility for the overall leadership, operational performance, financial results and reputation of the Minsk Marriott Hotel and the Falcon Club. The Director of Operations ensures effective operational, commercial and brand synergy between the hotel and the Falcon Club, managing both assets as one integrated destination while maintaining compliance with Marriott brand standards and ownership objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The Director of Operations is responsible for the following duties, on a nonexhaustive basis:
1. General Management & Operations
• Overall management of all hotel and Falcon Club operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, meetings and events, spa, fitness, sports, entertainment and supporting services.
• Implementation and enforcement of operating standards, policies and procedures.
• Day-to-day oversight of departmental leadership teams.
2. Integrated Asset & Synergy Management
• Ensure strong coordination and synergy between hotel and Falcon Club operations.
• Align accommodation, F&B, wellness, sports, entertainment and events to maximize cross-utilization, guest experience and revenue generation.
• Develop integrated products, packages and operational workflows across both entities.
3. Financial Management
• Preparation and execution of annual budgets and business plans.
• Full P&L responsibility across all revenue streams.
• Control of operating costs and delivery of agreed financial targets
4. Commercial & Revenue Performance
• Oversight of pricing, revenue management and sales strategies.
• Development of corporate, group, MICE and leisure business.
• Optimization of all revenue centers, including rooms, F&B outlets, events, memberships and ancillary services.
5. People & Leadership
• Recruitment, leadership and performance management of senior management and operational teams.
• Development of a high-performance culture aligned with service excellence.
• Compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
6. Quality, Risk & Compliance
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and service quality across all touchpoints.
• Compliance with health, safety, security and regulatory requirements.
• Oversight of risk management and asset protection.

The Director of Operations may be required to undertake additional duties consistent with the seniority, responsibilities and objectives of the position, as reasonably requested by ownership or the management company.
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven senior leadership experience in full-service hotel operations.
• Prior executive role with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial, operational and commercial management capability.
• Experience in mixed-use environments (hotel with leisure, sports or entertainment assets) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Russian required (reading and writing); additional languages are an asset.
