Sous-Chef/fe de Cuisine
CONTRACT : CDI, 100%, start date : to be agreed
MISSIONS
Non-exhaustive list of activities & tasks
• Organize and supervise all culinary preparations in the restaurant;
• Supervise, coordinate and control procedures in all departments;
• Strive to optimize your department in the best interest of your customers;
• Be responsible for hygiene standards (HACCP) and the quality of products ordered;
• Create menus on request for events;
• Be responsible for the upkeep of equipment used in his/her departments;
• Actively participate in internal and external guest relations;
• Assist, advise, support and help team members in the performance of their duties;
• Implement and maintain departmental procedures in line with management objectives;
• Establish and maintain constant and effective communication between departments and with other hotel services;
• Maximize personnel management in accordance with the payroll budget agreed with management;
PROFILE
• Training in catering ;
• Similar experience required;
• Languages: Fluent English essential, second language appreciated;
• EU Passeport;
• Availability and flexible working hours;
• Excellent presentation, sense of service and good interpersonal skills.
