For the second year in a row, Ramada Podgorica is participating in the governmental program for university graduates. In addition to the already received at the university theoretical knowledge, young people will gain some practical experience in hospitality through working in different departments at Ramada. This cooperation should benefit all parties - first work experience and understanding of the business conduct for trainees and improved diligence, patience and leadership skills for the hotel representatives.
